DECISION 4.0
The “DECISION 4.0” project involves the review of the production processes of the three partner companies Tosti srl, Femto Engineering srl and AIRNIVOL S.p.A. according to the principles of Lean Manufacturing and the digitalization of partner companies from an Industry 4.0 perspective.
The project will allow the companies to optimize the production processes in terms of reducing delivery times to the customer, increasing productivity, eliminating waste, increasing product quality, increasing ease of programming, maintaining organizational flexibility, and professional growth of its internal resources.
